The problem you describe is certainly one I&#039;ve come across on more than one occasion, and not just with web design - for example, flyers and brochures that need designing, without any thought being put into the content first.

Essentially clients&#039; need educating in our processes. I&#039;ve worked with several small businesses who perhaps are inexperienced in what&#039;s involved and for this they can be forgiven. However, a client that refuses to learn with you and is just ignorant is just a bad client. Few people have the luxury of being able to walk away from paying work, but under some circumstances you need to ask yourself how much the work is worth to you.</description>
