Proof reading has to be done by two different people it saves time and clears the unnoticed mistakes too. And in the above pic God knows if even they noticed it!!!

Tara – Indeed it is very easy to get too familiar with your own work. I always think proof-reading is a two person job because one person will always pick up things the other will miss.

I’m resisting the temptation to edit you comment and put an intentional error in… :p

What a clanger!

Strange how such a major mistake didn’t get picked up. It just shows that you read what you want to read and not what is really there. It is much easier to spot mistakes in someone elses work than your own.

(I have just read this comment about five times to check for mistakes, no doubt I have still made one )

I caught that one at adgoodness today too.

For the sake of the two guys pictured I hope they did notice and had no alternative.
