Since redesigning miLienzo.com, I have had lots of positive feedback and one or two people have emailed me asking if they could use my WordPress theme.
The style and branding of this site is unique and that is important to me. However, it struck me that I could tweak the overall feel of the theme simply by changing the colourset, which is exactly what I have done.
Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you my first WordPress theme available to download, Fresco:

Well done on releasing your first theme, it’s got a great look, though I think I would of preferred the released version to have kept the extra fourth “bottom” column. 
Nice work on releasing your first theme, Aaron.
It’s a fine line, I’m sure, deciding what features from your original theme to keep in there.
Impressive design.
Maybe you could add a “Download” section to the header to showcase your innovative works.

Stevie B - The only reason I removed the bottom ‘column’ is because on my site I populate the side and bottom areas with several plugins, which don’t come with the native WordPress install. I was quite keen for the theme to just work out of the box, so a novice could just set it up and go. Maybe for a future release I can comment out the bottom column and provide instructions for how to put it back in - so users have the option. Good idea
David - I was hesitant about releasing a theme based on my own site, but I’m hoping the benefit of users linking back to me will outweigh any branding reservations I may have had.
Evil - There is a new “Themes” link in my header menu. Over time, if people get on with Fresco, I hope to roll-out one or two more ‘flavours’ of the theme.

I really like this theme- such a bright and happy color scheme! Nice job. I’m working on a theme of my own, but it’s going slowly as so many other things keep getting in the way!

Randa - Thanks. There’s been some debate over on 9rules regarding the colour - it seems it’s a bit too bright for some people. The intention was to create a fresh spring-like and happy theme though. I look forward to seeing your own theme.
