On the 3D model I put a kind of texture effect onto the screen to make it look more realistic. It looks great with hi-res stills but you're right, it looks a bit rough on the video. If you watch the video again now the last scene should appear better quality. Unfortunately the video on the screen is still a bit jerky and I don't know why this is happening :( Hi Daniel, thanks for the comment.
