Advert for conceptual iPod model

A couple of months ago I introduced you to my conceptual iPod with a roll out screen. As an extension of this project I have created an advert for the concept which carries through the branding, Widen your horizon.

This is still a work in progress, and you will see the last cut gets a bit jerky where I have blended in the 3D model. I hope to smooth this out within the next couple of weeks when I deliver the project. Enjoy!

That’s cool. Why have you degraded the picture quality on the iPod though as you pan out?

Hi Daniel, thanks for the comment. On the 3D model I put a kind of texture effect onto the screen to make it look more realistic. It looks great with hi-res stills but you’re right, it looks a bit rough on the video.

If you watch the video again now the last scene should appear better quality. Unfortunately the video on the screen is still a bit jerky and I don’t know why this is happening :(
